Team of the Year

Winner

Performics @ Starcom

In the last 12 months, Performics @ Starcom has achieved a number of milestones. It has exceeded client deliverables, significantly improved year-on-year revenue growth, introduced new products for clients in response to the pandemic and won a host of new business, spanning media, website development, SEO, PPC and digital asset management.

Much of Performics @ Starcom’s new business was won through competitive pitches, reflecting its ability to craft a compelling performance story for its existing and prospective clients. In performance, industry partnerships are key, and Performics has worked with the likes of Integral Ad Science to address industry issues such as improving brand safety. Its partnership with Google has also resulted in better technical support for clients and strategic ideas to grow their businesses, as well as site support, UX improvements and unique access to international growth tools.

The team is also focused on shaping the industry, and has participated in numerous industry roundtables hosted by the IAB and Facebook's new UK Social Advisory Group. Performics is also setting the industry standard for how to do things across digital. It recently contributed to two important industry guides: the IAB's annual State of Search document and the Econsultancy Paid Social Best Practice Guide. The agency’s teams regularly speak at industry events.

The team is also using proprietary tools such as OneSearch, a holistic view of PPC and SEO to optimise spend and IBP, ‘Intent Based Planning’ that uses search data to identify opportunities along the consumer journey.
