Pet brand Tails.com unleashes 10 percent growth with Incubeta data partnership

Pet nutrition challenger-brand sees a 10 percent uplift in sign ups with a new integrated approach to its European customer data. 

Tails.com has extended its partnership with digital marketing group Incubeta, which aims to solve issues with segmentation, supporting its future plans as a market leading European direct to consumer business.  

As a result of the initial partnership, the pet nutrition brand saw 10 percent uplift in consumer sign-ups from July to December 2021, compared to the same period in 2020 from PPC alone. 

Due to this success, tails.com decided to further centralise its agency roster and invited Incubeta to pitch for its sister brand, Republic of Cats, which the digital marketing group also won earlier this year. 

Incubeta secured the accounts based on their bespoke and holistic approach to digital marketing. Solving issues of segmentation, tails.com will now enjoy an integrated approach across data, creative insight and tech.

The company has been onboarded with agility in mind as tails.com is considering in-housing its digital execution in the future, and Incubeta has extensive experience with this transition.
