The supermarket is promoting their omnichannel capabilities with a new ad demonstrating how the Sparks app will allow customers to browse, shop and scan both in-store and with OOH displays.
M&S says that over the weekend around 24 million people saw it across TV, social and digital channels. The advert covers popular 90s hip hop band A Tribe Called Quest and their catchy tune ‘Can I Kick It?’.
“The ‘Yes you can’ campaign brings to life how seamless using the app is for both clothing and food and showcases what is made possible - from queue-less shopping to easier Click & Collect,” says Sharry Cramond, Food & Masterbrand Marketing Director at M&S.
Sparks App which relaunched in July 2020 and has more than doubled in size, with over 14 million members now onboard.
