What are you going to do with your PMW 30 Under 30 Award trophy?

I have just recently moved house so I will have to scout out the perfect place to display it!

What piece of advice would you share with young professionals looking to work in the PM industry?

Be open-minded to getting involved with a variety of projects and roles. Proactively upskill on different products, softwares and soft skills wherever possible as this will keep your options broad and offer more opportunities down the line.

What is your favourite statistic?

In 2020, more than half of people working in adtech were female (57%). While this trend doesn't translate at a senior level, it is promising and the number of females in senior positions are slowly increasing!

What do you listen to on your commute to work?

I do love an easygoing podcast! Top three favourites are Shagged Married Annoyed, How To Fail with Elizabeth Day and My Therapist Ghosted Me which has to be my number 1 and best to listen to if you're ever in need of a laugh!

What is the one data or tech trend to watch out for in PM in 2022/23?

One of the most interesting introductions into the tech space recently has been the metaverse. It's been quickly adopted but its boundaries remain unknown. It appears to have some grey areas for privacy and security however in an environment where there are constantly changing platforms, the metaverse offers a completely unique opportunity for advertisers. I'm curious to see how the advertiser revenue competition between traditional digital marketing and ad space in virtual reality will unfold in the next few years.
