What are you going to do with your PMW 30 Under 30 Award trophy?

It’ll sit pride of place in the RocketMill office, alongside the other accolades the wonderful team have collected along the way.  

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Easy – CMO (and happy and fulfilled of course).

What piece of advice would you share with young professionals looking to work in the PM industry?

This industry keeps you in a constant cycle of learning and development. It’s fast-paced, exciting, frustrating, technical and creative – all at the same time. Don’t be afraid to fail, it builds resilience and you’ll grow from every challenge you face. If you’re looking for something that continually pushes you out of your comfort zone whilst being highly rewarding, it’s the industry for you.

What is your favourite statistic?

Our day is getting longer. Every century the average day increases by 1.7 milliseconds.

What do you listen to on your commute to work?

I listen to such a random mix of artists and it’s totally dependent on my mood! At the moment Little Simz and Wet Leg are on repeat.

Bragging rights: what’s your proudest performance so far?

I’m honestly really proud of this award as it encompasses all of my performance achievements and award submissions so far – particularly around meeting big targets and building great relationships with my clients. That being said, I couldn't be prouder of my team and everything they achieve for the agency and our clients. The best part of my role is watching people succeed and helping them push forward in their careers.
