Trainline has appointed Wavemaker to handle all media strategy and planning for the rail and coach platform across its outputs in the UK, Italy and France.
The appointment comes after a competitive pitch, which Wavemaker clinched with a bespoke media planning and buying strategy that aligned with the specific demands of Trainline’s three core markets and their customers.

Appropriate channels to account for specific demand
Wavemaker is ensuring Trainline’s creative campaign activations run across appropriate channels in the three countries.
This will include social media, addressable TV, digital audio, out-of-home (OOH) and digital out-of-home (DOOH), alongside digital, radio and influencer partnerships.
