Clarins reappoints Spark Foundry as UK media agency

Spark Foundry will support the beauty brand across its entire skincare and makeup range.

French family-owned beauty brand Clarins has reappointed media agency Spark Foundry to handle its media offerings in the UK.

Following a competitive pitch, the Publicis Media agency beat the7stars and MSix & Partners to the account, as reported in PMW’s sister title Campaign.

As Clarins’ media agency for the last seven years, Spark Foundry has supported the brand with new product launches, ventured into new media channels such as CTV, and boosted Clarins’ voice in progressive conversations around the menopause.

Spark Foundry will continue to handle media strategy, planning and buying, including performance media, across the entire Clarins skincare and makeup range.

“The last few months have been some of the best in our agency’s history,” said Pete Edwards, Chief Executive at Spark Foundry UK. “As we continue to grow, strengthening relationships with prestigious brands like Clarins has never been more important.”

Clarins UK’s Marketing Director Lorraine Barnett said: “Spark Foundry has the perfect combination of strategic minds and market-leading planning, underpinned by their Epsilon Core ID data platform which we were very impressed by during the pitch.

“They know our business and how to accelerate our growth in an increasingly tough landscape.”
