Talon continues global expansion with acquisition of Evolve

Partnership will see the OOH media agency gain a bigger international footprint while Evolve enjoys broader data and tech capabilities.

Global independent out-of-home (OOH) media agency Talon has continued its ambitious international expansion with the acquisition of UK independent specialist OOH business Evolve.

The remit of Evolve will be to help Talon’s international footprint grow by strengthening its global presence and aligning with Talon International.

The two companies have no immediate plans to integrate.; Instead, Evolve’s clients will gain access to Talon’s additional data and tech capabilities, which hope to become significantly enhanced by leveraging the scale of the combined businesses.

The agreement comes on the eve of Talon’s 10th anniversary and follows a strong period for the agency, which recently opened new offices in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and secured new investment from Equistone Partners Europe, a mid-market private equity investor.
