In 2022, NP Digital (NPD) landed in the top 10% of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing privately held companies. The agency did this all while maintaining employee satisfaction, which earned them an Inc. Best Workplaces 2022 award.
NPD’s client work with ConnectWise and Lantern by SoFi took home more search industry awards while it’s client work with Tektronix, FTX, Nexcess, and Mann Lake won it top prizes for pay-per-click advertising and omnichannel Marketing. In addition to driving impressive return on investment (ROI) for its clients, the agency has seen a 50% increase in full-time employees year-over-year (YOY), and 2022 brought a 45% increase in YOY revenue.
The agency’s 2022 revenue eclipsed $100m, only five years from its inception. Of its $32m in revenue growth, 61% came from new clients and 39% from upsells and cross-sells with existing clients. Non-US revenue grew by an impressive 397% in the same time.
