The victors reflect outstanding work across a number of product sectors, alongside awards for the best people, agencies, innovations and teams.
More than 40 shortlisted finalists across 17 categories (plus an overall Grand Prix winner) were selected by a judging panel made up of international industry leaders and experts, each picked to represent different regions of the world.
This year’s Grand Prix was awarded to marketing agency Hearts & Science for its outstanding work with Atlantis Dubai, which the judges called a “superb submission”, outlining how the luxury resorts group responded to the global pandemic with a smart data transformation project that drove loyalty.
Judges praised the work for solving a difficult problem of fragmented data, using a Customer Data Platform and machine learning to mine huge data sets for the Dubai-based group, leading to an inbound marketing campaign “that drove excellent business results”.

“The entry proves how important it is to create a single source of truth and focus the strategy on the customer clustering,” said one judge.
Other winning entries included work from Singtel, KFC MENA, Dollar Shave Club and Save the Children’s 'Emergency Response for Ukraine’.
The prestigious title of Global Performance Pioneer of 2023 went to Alex Webb at Partnerize, praised for his “passion” and “making a strong and tangible impact in the business”. Meanwhile, the hotly contested Performance Marketing Agency of the Year went to NP Digital for "market leading results and a focus on giving back and doing better.”
