What does it mean to win a PMW 30 Under 30 award?
It means so much to me to be recognised in this way, I had goals professionally that I wanted to achieve before I hit 30 and this was never on the radar because I didn't think it would happen! I feel incredibly honoured to be amongst such inspiring peers within the industry.
Where will you keep your trophy?
The Croud Shrewsbury office trophy cabinet! This is very much a team win for us and so much of the team have been the drivers for supporting this win. It wouldn't be possible without the leaders who encouraged me, and without me being able to encourage and motivate the team around me now.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
To never sleepwalk after good performance or success – be humble, grounded and get straight onto hustling for that next opportunity.
What top three skills do you think are essential for a performance marketer?
Agility, drive and passion!
