What does it mean to win a PMW 30 Under 30 award?
A great surprise, and I'm certainly proud to be flying the flag for mobile gaming within the PMW 30 Under 30. We have a lot of brilliant young minds in our sector, so I can only hope people become more aware of this!
Where will you keep your trophy?
In slightly lame form, I'll likely keep it in our company silverware cabinet. This award is as much about the hard work from the smart people around me at Kwalee.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
"Someone, somewhere has made a bigger mistake than this." Admittedly, not exactly inspiring words at first glance. However, I've found it betrays an attitude that is very positive in our line of work: that mistakes may be painful, but they're ultimately building blocks for rapid growth and development.

For anyone interested in the world of gaming, and its own unique challenges, the Two and a Half Gamers podcast is fantastic for learning about how we make games, market them and profit from them.
